This place is absolutely mind-blowing! We booked a cheap room and got upgraded to a spacious hotel room. The owner was super friendly and let us leave our luggage even after we checked out. The terrace with free coffee and tea was jaw-dropping, and the location right in front of the old city gate was unbeatable. The staff were so accommodating and even upgraded our room for free since we were traveling with young children. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a shop with good quality fruits and vegetables downstairs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room was clean with a great shower. The free wifi was a bonus!

The decoration of the hotel was charming and had a nostalgic feel, reminding me of my youth. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it comfortable for senior people like myself to relax and enjoy. The hotel's accessibility was a major plus, with easy access to the tram and bus stations, allowing us to explore the city and even visit the West Bank effortlessly.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Palm Guest House. The location was fantastic, being close to the old town and in a vibrant part of the city. We enjoyed exploring the lively Muslim area and found some great food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us a bigger room when they saw we were traveling with a baby. Despite some drawbacks, such as a few rooms lacking windows and a bathroom in poor condition, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel to others.
